Belly Fat
Belly fat? No exercise. You have to eat less. Don’t get me wrong, I want you to exercise, and adding muscle to your frame will make it look better. Broader shoulders and back muscles give you a little more space to have a budl (that’s what I call a stomach) because you’re wide on the top part of your upper body so it hides it. But the only way to lose a gut is by changing your diet. I have a friend with quite a budl who uses the ab machine every time he is in the gym, and I bet if anyone ever saw it, his ab would be a great muscle. But I tell him they won’t see it until he loses the fat around it, which happens at the table, not in the gym. Don’t listen to any of these shyster crash diet people or anyone who says only one diet can lose fat. Just eat less. Make every meal a little smaller. Stop snacking after dinner. Drink more water. Have protein at every meal. Simple little rules. There is no such thing as a fat burner pill that works so don’t waste money on supplements. My newsletter is free and we share studies. You can do it.
